Pax Runner 1.7.0-RC1 has been released.

The RC1 release brings the first aether based Pax Runner release.

Read up on Pax URL 1.3.2-RC1 on why it matters.

Once Apache Felix 3.2.0 has been released + no issues appear with RC1 we will release the "full" version.
