Pax Wicket 0.7.5 Released

This release of OPS4J PAX-WICKET is based off of the 0.7.x series branch, representing an update to PAX-WICKET 0.7.4. All it contains is the bugfix wicket upgrade from 1.4.18 to 1.4.19.
