Pax Url 1.2.6 Released

Today, March, 31th, 2011 the Pax URL project has been released in Version 1.2.6.

This is a extra followup to 1.2.5 and mainly concentrates on improvements of war. Aether is left out on this on purpose. For better aether support take 1.3.x.
