Parts of Pax Shiro are based on user contributions to the Apache Shiro project which have never made it into a release so far or not even into the Apache source repository.

  • pax-shiro-faces is derived from the support/faces component found in the 1.x branch of Apache Shiro.

  • pax-shiro-cdi and pax-shiro-cdi-web are derived from patches submitted for SHIRO-337 and SHIRO-422.
