I just tried to install the feature and it works. Can it be some temporary network problems? Can you still reproduce it?
@Rudi Wijaya: The Karaf feature mechanism is sometimes broken when bundles are added/removed manually please try to it on a fresh install and see if the problem persists.
I remove it from the release schedule for now; we can readd it ASAP we can reproduce it; otherwise I'll set it to "not a problem" within the next weeks...
Since there hadnt been any further reports on that one I'll close it as wont fix. Please feel free to reopen if you still encounter this problem and can reproduce it.
BTW: This often happens when more than one bundle provide the package and imports are to lax to handel this situation or some kind of fallback/bootclassloading happens.
