      Description

PAXWEB-226 Closed made it possible to dynamically configure Jasper but there is no proper way to deliver jsp init parameters since registerJsps take properties. Now I'm forced to use developer mode for all of the bundles although I'd be interested on setting the flag only to certain bundles. I suggest that overloaded registerJsps would be introduced that would accept init parameters which would in turn default to global configuration options.

Precompilation option was left out from PAXWEB-226 Closed EmbeddedServletOptions modifications along others like validation and modification interval options. I think that the reason was simply that previously these were hard-coded so there was no point in re-configuring these with the default ones.
